Return Eligibility:
Eligible Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact and complete
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Intimate or sanitary items that have been opened or used
Return Process:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included with your return.
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product
- Enclose a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation

- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information
Step 4: Return Processing
- Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process after receipt
- You will receive email confirmation once your return has been inspected
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be refused
Refunds:
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 7-10 business days from approval date
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Refund Amount
- Full purchase price for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
- If using a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your financial institution as refunds may take time to process

Exchanges:
Standard Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Email photos of the damaged item to customerservice@eco8.co
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- Return shipping for defective or damaged items will be covered by ECO8.Co
International Returns:
Eligibility
International customers are eligible for returns under the same conditions as domestic customers.
Process
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes
- Returns typically take longer to process due to international shipping and customs clearance
Promotional Items and Gifts:
Free Gifts
Any free gifts or promotional items included with your purchase must be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned.
Special Promotions
Items purchased during special promotions are subject to the return policy terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Cancellations:
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled:
- Log in to your account and select the order you wish to cancel
- Email customerservice@eco8.co with your order number
- Pre-shipment cancellations will receive a full refund
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
